CDK Builders specializes in high-end remodels, ADUs and additions throughout the Valley. Our projects follow a structured process designed to ensure a smooth experience, clear communication, and exceptional results.

Rather than rushing into construction, we begin with an initial consultation and Ballpark Proposal to determine overall feasibility and alignment. From there, projects move into a dedicated pre-construction planning phase where we collaborate with homeowners, designers, and key subcontractors to fully develop the project scope, budget, and schedule before construction begins.

After you submit the intake form, our team will review the details of your project and reach out to schedule a brief introductory call. During that conversation we’ll learn more about your goals, timeline, and budget, and determine if the next step is scheduling a site visit to evaluate the project in person.
